Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
